Group offering he is able to get health, dental, disability and life insurance for $104. His health insurance is with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. BTW, they had an overwhelming response to the offer. This is somewhat what should be available through state exchanges but OOPS Rick Perry is not participate in state exchanges so I do not know how this will turn out. Medicare recipients pays $104 a month so it can be afforded by others.
