Dear gklagan,

I will try to do you one better: I want to replace Mark Meadows in congress.

Mark Meadows believes fracking is irrelevant to this election. Here is his exact quote: "Congress doesn't have a role as it relates to fracking. That's a state issue." His position is nonsense. In 2005, the Energy Policy Act of 2005 specifically exempted fracking from the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974 and the EPA's authority. The exemption is now known as the "Halliburton loophole" since former Halliburton CEO Dick Cheney was instrumental in its passage. Fracking was a federal issue at its inception.

Please help me spread the word about my campaign.
