Often, it is expensive to get the signs, especially for a campaign that does not have much. Offer to help. Say you will pick up signs at a central site and bring them back to a headquarters. Help them find UNION printers for signs if they do not have any. I have done this for local campaigns in the past.

Go to the county Democratic meeting. Get this placed on the agenda. Then, put something in the papers, or other venues, about where sign and bumper stickers are available. Get small donations for them if you can.
