But, do you have bi-partisan volunteers monitoring the process before these ballots are "officially" accepted for review/counting? In other words, what process ensures these bags of ballots are overseen from the post office distribution centers/local post office to the final destination where they are "officially accepted". And, I'm not at all casting aspersions on the PO staff. But at every point of the process there are opportunities for those with malevolent intentions to intervene.

All I'm saying is that in this era where there have been so many documented "irregularities" in the voting/counting process (and some of that in Ohio), when the RETHUGS have done everything possible to undermine voting rights and processes, ensuring that there is adequate opportunity for in-person voting still ought to be a priority. I think many are very unsure whether absentee ballots are handled appropriately--or even ever counted.
