1. Try a local Boy Scout troop, or local churches interested in doing community service.

Many groups that work with teenagers have a service component, where teenagers are required to give a certain number of hours in service to others.
Your work needed may qualify for some groups.
They would need adult supervision, though, for safety's sake.
In some places Habitat for Humanity also helps out in this type of work.
