Fluoride is neither a nutrient nor essential for healthy teeth making it a drug. Like all drugs, fluoride has side effects http://www.FluorideAction.Net/Issues/health the water supply should never be used as a vehicle for drugs without concern for age, health, weight or presence of teeth.
