Neither my wife nor I have pollen allergies or asthma but I have close friends who dread the coming of spring because of them. We're a little way up the McKenzie so don't experience all the big valley weather, field burning, etc.

Guess we didn't help the air quality issues over the weekend: torched the burn pile on Saturday (very dry so not much smoke) and had the grass cut on our little 7 acre field for hay. I love the sweet smell of the grass as it drys.

Here's a little musical tribute that may remind you of the other, more wonderful, things of Spring:

Looking out your window you will wonder at the blooming in your yard
And every opening flower will be a mirror of the quickening in your heart.

Wishing everyone good breathing, no sneezing!

Thx for the post, PB.
