Sen Casey had it and said he only felt bad for a couple of days and didn't even know he'd had it until he was tested later for antibodies.

That's the biggest issue. No one really knows when the virus showed up and if people who had it, thought they just had the flu, treated themselves at home, got better and went on with their lives. I myself was sick at the beginning of March. I figured it was the flu, but who knows? All the symptoms except shortness of breath matched those of cv19.

Right now, the only hard data is from people who have/had cv19 and were tested to confirm it.
