In a 4-2 decision, the Supreme Court gave the Commonwealth Court judge specific directives to stop the implementation of the law if he feels that voters are having difficulties getting proper ID in time for the election. This is the same Commonwealth Court judge who previously upheld the law, but expressed reservations.
