12. More People Voted for Dems for Congress in PA, but Repub Gerrymandering Skewed Results

In PA, in the 2012 elections for members of the US House, Democratic candidates received more votes than Republican candidates. However, the Democrats were corralled into a few weirdly shaped districts, which made it impossible for them to affect most of the key House elections. This is the result of gerrymandering by our illustrious PA. legislature.
