8. PA. Game Commission and NY State officials are legitimately concerned

This law was passed because the PA. Game Commission was legitimately concerned about the effects of escaped wild boars. So, the Legislature prohibited the Game Commission from regulating this type of game.

Today, PA. Statewide public radio had a report about how New York State officials are very concerned about these boars. Many are being kept close to the NY border.
