and she told me "you are a very mean spirited person" and she hung up on me. I immediately called back - she wouldn't answer, so I told the man that did, that I believed them to be bullies and cowards and that we in the country knew that they were just racists and that was why Womack wouldn't vote for anything the President did.

I started out asking, "So Womack doesn't want a government shutdow" "Oh No" "Well the government is shut down! So, Womack wants to stop the ACA" "Yes, the Congressman doesn't like Obamacare" "You are an incredibly rude government employee. The correct title of the LAW is the Affordable Care Act. And BTW, we have health insurance! Tell Womack he's a failure."
