this is in part due to the PA Democratic party FINALLY waking up and putting some effort into getting out the vote. I haven't seen any turnout info, and I'm sure it was light, but for the first time ever I got several mailings and a robocall pointing out that this was a chance to turn the Supreme Court. I voted in this election as a direct result of that effort, as I usually don't vote in off-elections. That and the County Comm. race, as I am in Montgomery and wanted to make sure the momentum towards blue kept going.
