I don't think there has been an organized effort to get Dems to vote Trump to help the Dems in Nov. The best guess is that these are "Reagan Democrats" who really like Trump.

By the way, I haven't seen any campaign commercials or any sign of an active Presidential campaign by anyone so far in PA. I just see many of my facebook friends in PA. pushing Bernie.
