that all of a sudden, Biden is the "go-to" guy for advice?

I got that same letter. Exactly the same. It was apparent that he (or his minions) had not read my letter, since this letter does not really answer many of my questions. I only hope that he is keeping track of the opinions of people taking the time to get in touch with him.
