We used to go to Red's Beach and Crystal Pool why back when. As I recall now it was on the right hand side of the hill coming into Fayette City ( there is a oxymoron). Spent a lot of nice afternoons there.

As I recall it was changed into a swim "pool club" with card membership and restricted somewhere in the 60's when segregation issues started to impact the valley .
