the trickle down on this over the spectrum of services Medicaid covers is going to be devastating to the state. Many don't realize that both the lottery and general fund revenues also supplement Medicaid funded programs.

And it won't be just the rural counties suffering. There are alot of suburban counties where MA covered are vital.

And as an aside, the effect this could potentially have on the implementation of Community Health Choices rollout scheduled now for the beginning of next year will put even more needy consumers at risk.
