So Republican governor Chris Christie gets on the phone and asks Obama for help.
The Obama administration jumped in immediately with disaster aid and administration of food/water/etc.
Am I remembering this correctly? It wasn't that long ago.

Did Trump not read the papers then, or was he too busy with his Russian pals to take notice?
