9. League of Women Voters just filed a lawsuit

to have the state courts throw out the current congressional map. They didn't file before now because they wanted a couple of election cycles to prove their claim of extreme political gerrymandering.

Interestingly a CMU prof ran a program that randomly swapped census tracts and each time created more competitive districts, showing that the districts were knowingly designed to produce wins for one party each and every time regardless.
