11. Wonder why they don't go after it as a violation of the 24th Amendment instead?

Since you have to pay a "fee" (which I'm sure John Roberts would agree is just another way of saying "tax&quot to get a certified birth certificate they could argue the state is placing a tax on a potential voter and is thus in violation of the 24th Amendment (the Poll Tax Amendment)
