...just keeping Texas in their column will be expensive for Republicans and force them to shift resources away from other battleground states. And I get the feeling they are going to throw everything they have at the state, for them it's the whole ball game. Expect them to go after Wendy Davis with their longest knives, it'll make Dukakis '88 or Ann Richards '94 look like amateur hour. Just hope the national Ds and others can get us enough money to fend off their slime machine in the most important races.
