Feb 2014

In 2010 and 2012, the State Democratic Party have adopted a couple of resolutions that state that in effect that Kesha is not a member of the Democratic Party and her positions are against the best interests of the party. I understand that the SDEC (the governing body of the Texas Democratic Party) adopted a new resolution this December as to Kesha. Under these resolutions, all Democrats and democratic clubs are free to exclude Kesha and ignore her. Kesha was not a delegate for either the 2010 or 2012 state conventions and I am sure that she will not be selected this year.

My county party chair is a member of the SDEC and he told us about the resolution.
