Where jobs come from according to his party's stunted political ideology.

Republican politicians are the first to claim that government doesn't create jobs when a democrat wants to pass some sort of jobs bill.

But they're the first ones to talk about how if elected/re-elected, he has a plan to decrease unemployment.
