2) Why hasn't this guy been summoned to Hannity's show to recount his version?

For the record, I don't buy this. It is being widely circulated on Facebook, but has not been backed up by ANYONE (to the best of my knowledge), and runs counter to everything we've seen on the video, and have heard from eyewitnesses who have come forth (without their identity hidden).
