9. The State of Texas already has fingerprinting set up for all persons employed by a public school

district. That includes contractors. Seems like it would be easy to work with government to set up fingerprinting with the online application. Too bad that millions of dollars were spent to stop background checks. Maybe the city could help lower the cost and hold a few Saturday clinics. Public school teachers and substitute teachers, pay the cost of fingerprinting for themselves upon arriving for the procedure, at an appointment. Fingerprinting means that there is an electronic data connection with the FBI.
