I heard (not corroborated) that someone on the Cruz campaign initially decided that yard signs were not important, so no money was set aside for those. Then, Beto signs started popping up everywhere, and suddenly we have Cruz signs.

I know that in my mostly rural and very red county, we are passing out Beto signs like crazy. This really does feel different.
