Latino voter turnout is below national average here in TX and has been for a long time, but we're working on it. Those efforts will help determine when Texas starts electing more Democrats at the state and national election levels.

The sooner, the better, of course. 2020 is probably a bit optimistic where presidential politics is concerned, but the trends might work for 2024 and beyond.
