2. Gothmog will have a better clue about the status of that race than I do

since he lives near that district. Since there will be no legislative session in 2020 the main benefits that come from winning the raise is that the winner will get to list themselves as incumbent and they will also have seniority if they hold onto the seat in the general election in November. I don't believe that the winner will be able to relax since the race will likely have a low turnout and it will be difficult to extrapolate the results to the general election.
