17. It's all very confusing. CDC was controlling everything

And now they aren't. Couldn't find, for example, any kind of reporting on how many tests have been performed in Texas. Gov Abbott claims the state can perform 300 tests per day. But hell, he can just pull that out of his ass... nothing to match back to.

In addition, another confusing point. Say a local hospital somehow has a test. Does CDC have to approve the test again? That's what one of our counties said....they think positive but waiting on CDC to confirm.

I bet Florida IS a cluster with all those retirees too. I imagine wealthy people will do whatever to keep their illness secret too. There is a certain stigma.
