I think it is a crappy move to file a complaint about this but is can see the commissions position about appearance of bias and as long as that is applied across the board fairly and evenly I can’t argue with it.

All Judges at all levels should be held to this standard especially SCOTUS Judges (which they are not and it is infuriating).
