You just have to plan ahead. Depending on the store you choose, they may not have open pick up times for a couple of days.

Of course, wearing a "Shed the Mask" t-shirt makes me question the accuracy of her "diagnosis". If she really has PTSD and anxiety, I would think grocery shopping during a pandemic would be the last thing she would want to do.
