Regarding Bexar County - cost would be between $350,000; $13 million new equipment. The surveillance cost would vary over how many elections are held each year. Additional costs from printing forms.
Alvarado calls for more estimations from other counties.
Fort Bend - $250,000-$12 million
Cameron County $250,000 and $5 million
Clear unfunded mandate from a bill that targets zero fraud
