I could have either called the person speaking or just called the station. I'm sure if there were an actual abortion and damages to be gotten, small-town right wing lawyers would be stampeding to file. Apparently, you don't file in Bexar, or Harris, you go to the sticks where you'll find judges and juries who are dying to stick it to someone in the city. (Actually, they're dying from covid, but that's another story).
