7. If only they would plan for a public transit system.

I would love for a light rail system connecting Austin to SA, or Dallas and Houston for that matter.

But no, they are spending money to add another two lanes to I35. The construction will screw up the traffic for years, and the additional roadway will be quickly overwhelmed once completed.
