6. Just heard that law enforcement is concentrating on two AB-Aryan Brotherhood persons.

In doing some read up on the members of the AB, many of them are illiterate with a mid elementary reading and writing/spelling level. Texas removed the phonic approach to teaching language arts from public schools in the early 1980s. Texas still has about a 65% failure rate on language arts mastery for students. Keep this is mind when you think about the decision making of Rick Perry and the rest of the TEA party Legislature.
