1. The Polling also covers Hispanic Voter reaction to Voter Suppression

I am afraid that the five republican justices on the SCOTUS will strike down Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act which will mean that Texas voters will be subject to the GOP voter suppression/voter id law. This polling asked how Hispanic voters would react to voter suppression efforts and the polling shows that 44% would be much more likely to vote and an additional 15% would be somewhat more likely to vote. This polling is similar to the results observed in Ohio and other states.

I understand from my discussions with my county's representatives on the SDEC, that the Texas Democratic Party are planning on using the voter suppression law as a way to increase Hispanic voter turnout if the SCOTUS does rule that Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act is unconstitutional.
