a pipeline run through their property for the money. There's people walking around down there with more money now than they've ever had. (One in particular and his brother that I know that are now both approaching 60 that have been a druggies and alcoholics their entire adult lives and, through family property, are banking $30K a month.) They've all got to take the good with the bad. They all know the risks. THere's been oil in the area forever. They're only now finding it in Karnes County.
