15. Here are county-by-county results, as they happen (Politico):

It appears that several urban areas (purple to blue) besides FFX will be counted late.

Arlington (very blue) has reported < 30% of their votes--IIRC, Arlington was late last time too;
Suffolk, Norfolk - also blue - many votes to be counted

I see that Loudoun and Prince William in NoVA (purplish) are about half reported - I don't know whether the redder (more rural) areas report first.
