Supposedly the Post Office is to blame.

She has warned other former intelligence officials who are running that this could happen to them.

Brat is unscrupulous, unprincipled, headstrong and wrong-headed. He’s a supply-side economist, so you’d think he’d have learned some humility by now. You’d think.
