I flip around on the way to work but I tend to hit the local powerful rightwing station 1140 just before 8. The morning guy basically gives the last marching orders for the day then. Yesterday he had some other rightwing guy on and they were trying to make fun of Biden's appearance in Norfolk over the weekend. "Biden said that Republicans are running like Democrats, what's THAT about?" The guy replied he had no idea. I'm cracking up thinking out loud "Biden CALLED THEM ON THAT?" They knew exactly what Joe was talking about.
If you've noticed Repubs are all about pay raises for teachers and more money for schools. Clearly trying to win the suburban moms or at least lessen the tide rolling in. Neither of those would normally be Repub issues in fact they usually attack anything related to public schools. We even have one guy Sturtevant who says in a radio ad that he favors "common sense gun laws". 
the gun issue is normally "I support the 2nd Amendment" for them and that's it.
I hope it turns out and people turn out. It's pretty clear that their polling and message is showing that think it's going to get ugly for them.
