Promiscuous gun toters are making a case for better gun control measures since they seem to be getting rather drunk on their delusional interpretations of the 2-A. I doubt if that logic cuts their their dizzy, gun-powder buzz. Those are the kind of people you would not want to have guns. There are many responsible and concerned gun owners who realize the seriousness and responsibility of having them. That's who the 2nd Amendment applies as in "well regulated".
