Homeless get nonprofit help applying for stimulus checks

1. How long does the Federal Gov not have to do my tax returns? I filed electronically Apr 2.

They have not processed my refund and they do not have my new address because of it. They sent my stimulus to my old address May 1 and regardless of putting in another change of address with postal, talking to the manager at my old address, talking to one of the postal workers at my old address, leaving a note for the other postal worker that delivers there, and talking to the person now in my apartment, I have not received my stimulus and who knows where it is floating around in the system.

The "get payment" site only says they mailed out May 1. I cannot find anyone to contact or how to get a changed address into IRS.

There is about 2400 that the Gov owes me and I am not getting.

Edit: I am sorry. I did not know this was a state forum. I am going to leave the post though, in case anyone has any helpful information.
