10. King County Dems Legislative Action Committee to meet in Auburn 3/17

The next Legislative Action Committee Meeting will be this Sunday from 2:00
- 4:00 PM at the Auburn Library, 1102 Auburn Way South, in Auburn.

Our guest will be former State Representative Dick Nelson (32nd District),
and regular Crosscut contributor. He will speak to us about tax
preferences, and the instability of our current tax structure.

I also welcome new LAC Co-Chair Joanne Cisneros. Joanne is an Eastside
Democratic activist and social justice advocate who joins us as we plan our
strategy for the biennium.
