What: Service and resources event for the homeless
When: Friday, May 17, 2013 -- Doors open 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM with services available until 5:00 PM
Where: Calvary Community Church, 15116 Gary St E., Sumner, WA

Resources and information to help the homeless will be available at the Church for the entire day (hours above)

Free on-site information and/or services that may be available: ●Medical & Urgent Care ●Urgent Dental care ● Mental Health ● Social Service Referrals ● Vision/Glasses Haircuts ● Child/Adult Immunizations ● Veterinary Care ● Legal & Financial Advice ● Housing, Shelter, Employment & Education Information ● Tobacco Cessation ● Access Point for Housing: Homeless Housing Assessment and Assistance ● Veterans Services ● Chemical Dependence and Assessment
