50. Annual Transportation Choices fundraiser in Seattle 5/18

This year, our annual fundraiser will also be a birthday party: TCC is turning 20! Join us on May 18th to help us celebrate 20 years of fighting for transportation choices and to help sustain our work for the next 20 critical years.

Our "roaring twenties" themed party will feature dinner, dancing, and very special guest speakers, including new WSDOT Secretary Lynn Peterson. We will also unveil our first-ever Transportation Hall of Fame, 20 organizations and individuals that have made a big impact on Washington's transportation system over the past 20 years.

At my first TCC fundraiser nine years ago, I was tending bar in my socks (don't ask), and the staff made all of the food for that event. This year will be a bit different, but we'll still be having a lot of fun. So go out and get that 1920's themed flapper dress or pinstriped suit and come join us next month as we celebrate this great milestone.
