The WA State Legislature may pass a new budget next week that includes an amendment that would turn medical cannabis regulation over to the Liquor Control Board.

The LCB that has already called medical cannabis the number one “external threat” to the success of their state system. They have characterized the medical patient community as “over 90% fakers” and stated that most have no qualifying medical conditions.

The Legislature is trying to rewrite the medical cannabis laws enacted by popular vote with no opportunity for public comment!

Please come to RALLY AT THE OLYMPIA LEGISLATURE, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19th AT NOON to save medical cannabis from the Liquor Control Board. If you can’t make the rally, PLEASE be sure to contact your state representatives as soon as possible.
