Does anyone have homeowners insurance with Safeco? [View all]

I just got a bill and am paying $298.00 for "Escape of Water from Sump (Building/Contents).

I don't have a sump pump and my sewer line runs downhill about 10' from my basement to the street. I can't imagine any kind of a backup happening. A camera has been run down it twice and the pipe looks clean...there are no roots at all.

Here's a link to what Google said: http://www.commonsensemarkets.com/company_newsletters/Safeco_Homeowners_Tips_Water_backup_endorsement.pdf

What do you think of this charge?

TIA!
