moving to a rabid anti-union state like SC has proven to be a cluster fuck. The labor pool is unskilled, they are bleeding talent. The people that they brought in from out of state to train and manage are quitting because of the conditions.

It is costing them more to build their planes. SC workers have not been trained properly and the planes need to be fixed when they get to Washington, before they can finish them. IOW they are paying twice to get the same work done.
