What: Free showing of the film "This Changes Everything"
When: Friday, December 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: The Center For Spiritual Living, 206 North J St. Tacoma, WA
Following the COP15 Paris Climate Action event the film produced and directed by Avi Lewis and inspired by the international best seller by Naomi Klein will be screening at The Center For Spiritual Living, 206 North J St. Tacoma, WA. "This Changes Everything" is an epic attempt to re-imagine the vast challenge of climate change. Naomi Klein underscores our ability to seize the existential crisis of climate change to transform our failed economic system into something radically better.
Filmed in nine countries and five continents over four years, "This Changes Everything" presents seven powerful portraits of communities on the front lines, from Montanas Powder River Basin to the Alberta Tar Sands, from the coast of South India to Beijing and beyond.
Please join us following the film for a facilitated community discussion on how to become actively involved in working toward climate justice. MMT is FREE to the public, however, donations are graciously accepted.
