I just read through the package that the AG filed that was linked in the article. There are some very serious charges (with testimony to back them) sprinkled throughout this document. It shows the dark underbelly of the paid signature gatherer business as well as giving testimony about how Eyman hid and moved money around; managed to get 'in-kind' kickbacks to get signatures; and generally has refused to comply with the multiple subpoenas that had been issued.

I think that he and his whole little criminal enterprise are going down, hard, this time. It could also provide a kick-start in changes to the initiative process to prevent the gross abuse that Timmy did.
